1. Assistant Manager, Bancassurance Support (Onboarding)

The Assistant Manager, Bancassurance Support (Onboarding) will be responsible of managing the onboarding process and licensing process for FSC (Financial Services Consultant)/ BSM (Bancassurance Sales Manager) and Bank partner’s staff.

THE JOB:

• Manage efficiently and pro-actively sales supporting functions including FSC/BSM onboarding and FSC/BSM/Bank staff licensing.
• Co-work with related departments to assure sales quality and provide best service/support to sales force and bank staff to deploy their job.
• Work with Bank partners to schedule and allocate sales force to the bank’s business units (BOTO) as well as receive their request/feedback to enhance the support quality to sales activities
• Contribute to and involve in distribution's system enhancement
• Support the department head in other tasks as assigned

THE PERSON:

• University Degree, master’s degree will be a plus, majored in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Social Sciences or Business Administration, etc.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with MNC or multi-cultural environment, preferably in insurance/banking or FMCG industries with similar scope of works and/or business support related matters
• Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Point
• Good communication and presentation skills in both EN and VN.
• Customer service oriented
• Organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Work with high responsibility
• Able to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities as required & under high pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork spirit, open-minded.
• Self-motivated and fast learning.

2. Senior Manager, Legal

The Senior Manager, Legal is responsible for providing professional legal advice/consultancy to support the growth of FWD business in Vietnam.

THE JOB:

• Corporate legal matters: Work closely with functional departments to deliver legal advices / consultancy and supports
• Review, draft, negotiate and finalize contracts with distribution partners (bank partners/ corporate agents/ distribution partners) and suppliers;
• Keep other stakeholders updated with new law/regulations, assess legal risks and coordinate for impact assessment with other departments;
• Support Head of Legal & Compliance on daily matters and Group Legal Department on matters assigned;
• Litigation handling: to make sure the lawful rights/ interests of FWD is well protected in accordance with the current regulations by preparing and presenting to the competent bodies the related and sufficient documents/ debates;
• Provide legal trainings to: (i) legal staffs and (ii) all staff concerned on topics as business required from time to time;
• Give legal advice on all of company’ projects and initiatives
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

THE PERSON:

• LL.B.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in legal department of a MNC or a law firm
• Experience in insurance services is an advantage.
• Good English (writing and speaking)
• Good knowledge of Vietnam legal system
• Good communication skill
• Good analytical and business writing skills
• Computer proficiency
• Active, teamwork
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
